Upon deciding to start our brewery we told ourselves that we will stay true to the original, garage style in which our first, loved by friends and family, bottles were created. The essence of this small batch approach is the creator’s control over the final product and the large extent of good ol’ manual work. We are craftsmen after all, right?
Only a few rules apply. Never compromise when it comes to the quality of ingredients. Only use delightfully tasting local water. The hops, malts, and yeasts used come only from the cream de la cream of Polish and foreign producers. The profit is not our priority. We just want to spark joy by giving our clients only what we believe is the highest quality beer ever found.Our beer is brewed in small batches of 500 litres each. Today, we have 10 tanks of 1000 litres each, in which our beers mature varying from 4 weeks to 6 months (depending on the kind).
