In 2015, we were brewing beer in our garage and only daydreamed about having a proper brewery. Two years later, an opportunity to purchase a ruined farmhouse just by the Lake Ukiel presented itself to us. In what once was a barn, in the fall of 2017, we brewed our first official beer as The Ukiel Brewery.
Our first ever beer, West Coast IPA, gained us a gold medal in the Craft of the Year contest. To this day, we consider it our flagship beer. Today, we brew over a dozen of different beer varieties using meticulously selected local and imported ingredients. We don’t use preservatives, chemical compounds or cheap substitutes. We never rush our production process. We let our beers lager between 2 to 6 months.

Even though we serve beer to people all over Poland, and even, sometimes beyond its borders, first and foremost we are a local brewery. With few exceptions, you can only drink our beer in Olsztyn and its neighbouring towns. We wish to serve good beer to our local community. Our lovely garden and the converted farmhouse are also beloved by the tourists visiting our city.
